Recovery Road Runners

Healing the World, One Runner at a Time

Over 70% of runners struggle with drinking too much, causing anxiety, low self-esteem and self-doubt.

We’re on a mission to change that.

Our Approach: A Holistic Path to Empowerment & Wellness

We believe in a holistic approach to well-being, focusing on the interconnectedness of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life. Our coaching programs empower individuals to exercise all four dimensions of their human nature, consistently and in wise and balanced ways.

  • We prioritize physical health through mindful movement, nutrition, and regular exercise. By strengthening the body, we enhance energy levels, improve sleep, and boost overall well-being.

  • We cultivate mental strength, clarity, and focus through practices like meditation, journaling, visualization, and goal setting. By developing strong mental habits, we increase productivity, reduce stress, and enhance problem-solving skills.

  • We nurture emotional intelligence by practicing self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication. By understanding and managing emotions, we build stronger relationships, increase resilience, and cultivate a positive outlook.

  • We connect with our higher selves through practices like mindfulness, gratitude, Divine connection, and service to others. By fostering a spiritual connection, we find purpose, meaning, and a sense of peace.

“Today is 1 year sober for me and I’m feeling incredible! I’m running two marathons this year, which is something I haven’t done in over a decade! Thank you, Amber.

K.G.

“Amber is a high-energy person and extremely focused on helping you grow closer to your goals. She has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable in running and sobriety. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

L.C.

“My 1:1 coaching experience with Amber has been game-changing. She always gets back to me asap, has talked me off the ledge and through a hard run, and I feel that she’s a true friend.
